之前我可能整理電腦時有砍到甚麼檔案，導致我每次一開Picasa就一直出現Xvid.dll not found.的警告，出現得太頻煩了真的很煩。

詭異的是按著按著過了一陣子它自己好了，我也就忘了這事。沒想到這二天症頭又發作(最近我沒胡搞電腦啊)，想說這樣不是辦法，還是徹底解決一下吧，拜了Google大神，終於找到解決方案：

基本上就是之前誤砍了甚麼影像軟體導致Picasa一直找不到那個dll檔，請不要直接用copy回去，請安裝Xvid軟體回去就好了。
